Instructions:

Telephone or email PC FIX to discuss problem/s occurrrng, and to schedule an appointment for your diagnosis or repair.

Make a purchase for the amount of time you wish to have, the first hour includes the connection fee which lasts for 24Hours, sessions are then priced at 30 min intervals, if you would like to have 90 minutes click on £10 'add to cart' button then update the quantity box to 3 in the Paypal cart system.

At the scheduled time an email will be sent which contains a link to the remote server together with a unique number and included instructions (depending on which remote software is being used).

A working microphone and speakers will help save costs and free up telephone lines

Terms:

  1. Remote support
    1. Remote support can only be achieved if all the component parts are fully functional which includes a stable and reliable internet connection from an Internet Service Provider, a functional router and undamaged connected cables
    2.  The customer agrees to access the owners equipment to provide technical assistance and repair
    3.  A pre-payment is required prior to any remote support connection
    4. The amount of paid time does not guarantee repair completion
    5. Slow internet or disconections can not be excluded from paid time
    6. I reserve the right to pause working to answer phone calls and walk in customers
      (Pausing will stop the timer and won't increase the overall paid time)

2) Depending on your browser type, click on save or save as, and save to your drive (preferably to your desktop for easy access)

 

3. Once downloaded locate the blue icon remote support file either in your downloads folder or on the desktop double click on it and click run

You may encounter this box below, just click run to continue

4. Once opened note down the ID & Password then email me these to peter@pcfixbrighton.uk
